Kim’s lawyer has reportedly sent off a demand letter telling Bret Lockett to either retract his statements about having an affair with her or he will be taken to court, states TMZ. Lockett recently came out claiming that he had a relationship with Kim while she has been dating Kris Humphries.
Now, she is prepared to take him to court if he doesn’t take back what he said and stop with new claims as well. Kim still claims that she has never met Lockett, while he states that he has physical proof of what happened.
